2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
kku9 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported. By making a deposit on kku9, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal activity.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kku9 balance within seconds of confirmation on your mobile financial service. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page and is subject to change. kku9 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳50. kku9 targets a processing time of under two minutes for all withdrawals, though processing times may occasionally be longer during high-volume periods or when identity verification is pending.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified.
- kku9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above a threshold amount.
- Funds deposited on kku9 may not be transferred to another player's account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Gameplay Rules
All games available on kku9 — including PP Live, Crash Bonus, Lucky Dice, Supermarket Spree, E-Sports and the kku9 Wheel — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.
- All game outcomes on kku9 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer results. kku9 does not manipulate game outcomes.
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the kku9 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
- In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, kku9 will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical fault policy. Bets affected by a verified system error may be voided and stakes returned.
- kku9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on markets that were opened in error.
- For E-Sports markets, results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant tournament organiser. kku9 follows standard E-Sports settlement rules for all markets.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. kku9 may adjust these limits at any time.
Crash Bonus note: In Crash Bonus, if a player fails to cash out before the crash due to a connection issue on the player's side, the bet is considered lost. kku9 is not responsible for losses caused by the player's internet connection.
7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
10 Limitation of Liability
kku9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kku9 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7 and that games operate correctly, kku9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
- kku9 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or opportunity resulting from technical faults, server downtime, internet connectivity issues or any other circumstances outside kku9's reasonable control.
